Psalm 77:19
Dear Lord, Your perfect and powerful character is impossible to forget. The evidence of Your goodness surrounds me. I will remember Your faithfulness tonight and meditate on Your goodness before I sleep. As I seek a tranquil reprieve from the day’s toll, I will settle my soul on Your saving grace. Guide me peacefully to sleep tonight as I meditate on Your attributes. Your ways are holy. You are a God of wonders. You have redeemed Your people. Nature bows to You. Nations cannot escape You. You lead me and all who respond to Your voice in paths of righteousness. Lead me gently there tonight, Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
