Psalm 70:4
Dear God, as I lay down to rest my weary body and mind, I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your divine presence and grace. Lord, I ask that You relieve me of the shame that weighs heavy on my soul. The mistakes I have made and the wrongs I have committed haunt me day and night. But I know that I can be free from this burden with Your guidance and forgiveness. Please give me the strength to confront and overcome my past. Remove my shame and guilt, and replace them with Your loving mercy and compassion. As I close my eyes and drift into a peaceful sleep, I trust Your infinite wisdom and grace to guide me through life's challenges. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
