Psalm 62:1
Dear Lord, as I lie down to rest, I come to You with a grateful heart. I understand that on God rests my salvation and glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. I acknowledge that it was by Your grace and mercy that I could make it through this day. I thank You for every step You have ordered for me and for every blessing You have bestowed upon me. I ask that You give me a peaceful and restful sleep so I can wake up tomorrow with renewed strength and energy to face the day's challenges. Lord, I pray for anyone going through a difficult time tonight. Be their refuge and strength. Give them the courage to pour out their hearts before You and always trust You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
