Psalm 49:20
Heavenly Father, Holy God, and King of Glory, You hold justice and eternity in the palm of Your hands. There is no wealth I could accumulate to bring me peace or financial gain that would give me salvation. My soul is dependent on Your grace and Your grace alone. At night, worries about finances and security can consume me, but You are the only one who gives me safety in times of trouble. I do not rest tonight with peace in my finances but in Your faithfulness. There is no material possession I will carry with me into eternity. But the treasure I have in You will last forever. I rest in that truth tonight, Lord. In Your Holy and precious name, I pray, Amen.
