The words of Yahweh are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.

Psalm 12:6
Dear Lord, You are the author of truth and the defender of righteousness. No pride or deceit escapes Your gaze. I pray for Your swift hand to rebuke the lies in my mind and the pride that seeks to keep me from You. Arise, O Lord! Arise, Holy Spirit! Wage war against my flesh. Sever any pride that hinders my reach toward You. As I lay my head to rest, remind me that every breath is a gift You give. Every moment of rest, joy, and wonder is a precious blessing You bestow. I want to sleep soundly tonight, but I also want to sleep humbly, knowing that there is no true satisfaction apart from You. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, amen.
