Psalm 110:1
Dear Lord Jesus, tonight I am grateful for the majesty and power of the cross. Through Your loving act of selflessness, I can have victory over anxiety, fear, and shame. Jesus, You are my High Priest, and usher me into peace through Your Spirit. Settle my soul in You this evening. Graft me into the same peace You’ve offered Your people since the Garden of Eden. I want to drink from streams of abundant grace and find refreshment in Your loving embrace. Relax my body and spirit, and usher me into a quiet sleep tonight. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
